Hawaii!

Here are some pictures from our adventure to Hawaii! The flight to get out there was about 12 hours and both boys did great! Once we arrived and got our rental car we headed over to Kristen and Thomas's house to see them and the kids! Luke and Landon were both asleep in the car as it was about 11 pm east coast time. We visited for a while and Bella and Jack really wanted to meet Luke, so I woke him up. They played for a little while and then we headed to find our hotel. We got oth kids into bed and got to sleep at about 10-11pm. Luke woke up at 230 am which is 730 am east coast time.... someone doesnt need an alarm clock! We were able to get him to sleep some more in our bed which was good. In the AM we got up and headed out to get some breakfast Landon was pretty tired from all the traveling
After breakfast we played on the beach a bit and Luke was scared of the waves.

We met Kristen, Jack and Nikos at the beach after they dropped Bella off at school. We had fun playing in the sand and afterwards Luke was REALLY tired and he fell asleep in his stroller.

Bella and Jack had swimming lessons that afternoon so we went to watch that and Kristen got some cuddle time with Landon

After swimming we went back to the beach to play in the sand for a bit

Isabella loved playing with Luke and she showed him how to do lots of stuff!

Luke was pretty tired each day after all of our activity

Luke loves holding his little brother :)

and loves to give him kisses too

On saturday Rick and Thomas went sailing with the guys and Kristen and I took the kids to see some horses. Luke and Landon both slept through all of that, but woke up in time for the beach! When we got there we had a snack... Luke ate some sand too!

And then we played in some tide pools

and Luke had a blast!

Landon had to stay in his car seat as there was no shade at this beach

That night we took the kids to a parade and all the kids had fun looking at the lights
the next morning Luke spent some naked time on our balcony :)

Waikiki beach has lots of palm trees which was prefect for shade for the kids

They have a rope swing in their backyard and Luke and Rick went on it and had fun!
Luke and Bella were kissing cousins one night! Bella ended up getting sick like 2 days after this... not sure why! haha

Here is Jack, Bella, Landon and Luke all together. Nikos wasnt feeling too well that night so he wasn't in the mood to play with the kids

This is a really bad picture of me but it was the only one with all 5 kids that you could see them all...

Luke loved our hotel room

Luke and Rick had fun playing on the beach each day

And landon liked lounging in the shade... generally landon was pretty hot and did not enjoy the weather in Hawaii. He is just like his Dad, that's for sure!

Here are the kids (except Landon) at the Honolulu city of lights... there were tons of light displays and all sorts of Christmas decorations.

Luke and jack both got balloon swords and had an awesome sword fight

Here is our family in front of the Mele Kalikimaka display

Bella and Jack were burying Rick on day on the beach while Luke dumps out his entire container of puffs (that was fun with the pigeons! haha)

Luke wasn't feeling well and I didn't realize it until he fell asleep on the beach blanket and didn't wake up when Nikos sat on him haha... after this we ate lunch then went back to the hotel so he could rest in the air conditioning... On the way back to the hotel we had to take a picture of Landon and his boobies! haha Our little Buddah!

Both boys fell asleep in our bed and took a nice nap... luke felt much better the next day

The next morning we went to breakfast on the beach and Santa came in on an outrigger canoe!
We had to check out of the time share and we headed up to the house where we would spend our last night in Hawaii! Here are the kids playing in the driveway

We left sunday afternoon after a great vacation... both boys were again great on the way home! We were happy to be home even though the next day it was REALLY cold and then it snowed this week too!
