bad poster

So I have been REALLY bad at posting other than from my phone - sorry! Things have been super crazy since we moved. Luke has adjusted to our new home and he loves it here! We were able to baby-proof this house a lot easier too, so its a lot safer for him ... Our living room is carpeted and we have all his toys in here ... he loves crawling around!His favorite game is pee-a-boo!

Luke learned to crawl before we moved and then about a week later he learned to pull to stand! He loves standing and walking along the furniture. Our windows are low here and he can see out the ones in the living room.

RECENT EVENTS!

Lets see... Ricks mom came in from Florida a week before Easter. Rick and his sister went to get her at the airport and she stayed with them until Wednesday night. Thursday, Rick took him mom and Luke up to the lake. There was still snow and ice on the lake! It was really nice out though and they got to eat outside and enjoy some time together. Friday - we had planned to take his mom and all the kds to Boston to the aquarium. It was fun. Luke liked the penguins. After the aquarium we went to eat on the waterfront. Saturday - in the morning, we had Nana, Papa, Dee, John, Grandma, Grandpa, Avah, Uncle Ralph, Memere and the 3 of us for a great brunch! Everyone had a great time and the food all came out great! After the first group left, we cleaned up a bit and the next group came in :) Ricks godfather and his family were able to join us for dinner! I guess I took one picture that night - here is Luke with their oldest son Christopher.

Luke is wearing his new t-shirt that nana bought him ... His "I am the BIG BROTHER" T-Shirt :) I had wanted to get one to tell people about the new baby and just never got around to it... so I am excited that she found one :) We had another great meal and the older kids were so great with the babies and the little Chirstopher - it was really cute.

The next day was Easter and the Easter bunny left Luke a bottle in his crib! He was so excited when he woke up! We went to 8am mass and then stopped by Nana and Papa's real quick so they could see Lukes easter outfit

Then it was off to Ken and Michelle's for Easter brunch. The kids (well mostly Christoper) had an Easter egg hunt. After playing a little Wii and watching the kids play, we headed to the Muldoon's to say hi. It was good to see everyone there and we got lots of congrats for #2. Monday - we got up and got Luke ready and headed up to the beach! We went to the playground at Hampton beach for a little bit until it was time for lunch... we went to Browns and got fried seafood. We wanted to take Memere there before she had to head back to Florida. Everyone had a good lunch and then we headed over to Hodgies for an ice cream. After we got back from the beach, the next-door neighbors from Rick's childhood house came over to see Memere before she had to leave... (and see all the kids too :) ) ... we got to show them our house and they got to play with the kiddos.

Tuesday morning - Rick got up bright and early to bring his mom to the airport. We had a great (too short) visit with her and we are looking forward to the next one!!

That night luke got a cold and has been sick since then. He has since managed to give it to me so I have been pretty run down the past day or so.

Friday night we went to Newburyport to see Ryan and Terry and go out to eat. Luke was a good boy and had fun at their apartment afterwards.

Saturaday- luke and I went out to lunch with katie and her mom, and he was pretty good. He was kind of loud at times but overall good.

Today- grandpa came over with his chainsaw to help rick clean up the yard from decembers ice storm. It looks a lot better!! Then kim, dan and sebastien came over. Dan used his parents lawn tractor to de-thatch the clean up the lawn. It no longer looks like it hasnt been mowed in a year! yay! Luke and sebastien had fun together and we able to play together :)
